Redchef's 3-piece frying pan set includes 8-inch, 9.5-inch, and 11-inch skillets with triple-layer ceramic nonstick coating. The mineral-based ceramic is free from PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. Heavy-gauge aluminum construction ensures even heating while riveted stainless steel handles provide secure grip. The ceramic coating is safe at high temperatures (no toxic fumes) but degrades over time with use, chipping and wearing off to expose aluminum underneath. Requires wooden or silicone utensils and replacement when coating shows wear (typically 1-3 years).
