OXO's premium 12-inch frying pan features a diamond-infused ceramic nonstick coating that's truly PFAS-free (silicon dioxide based, not PTFE). The hard anodized aluminum construction provides excellent heat distribution while the diamond particles make the ceramic coating 5x harder and more durable than traditional nonstick. The riveted stainless steel handle stays cool during cooking. Safe when overheated (no toxic fumes), dishwasher safe, and oven safe. While more durable than basic ceramic, the coating still degrades over time (typically 1-3 years) and requires replacement when worn.
